I spent the evening downloading some reference images for nearly all of the characters from A Lady's Prerogative II: Wounded Aerth and The Butterfly Dragon: Dragon Butterfly.
Basically that consists of choosing from a base of people in terms of imagery that you think of when you read the part of each character. Its almost like casting the part for each character to an actress or actor, though this is just for visual design and perhaps to elaborate on the character's mannerisms.
With that said, I've now got most of the design elements in place for character visualization and perhaps enough to start artwork and shop it out to some professionals to put it together into a complete set of creative properties.
That should make it easier to put some visual material to both the world of A Lady's Prerogative and The Butterfly Dragon.
